1. Introduction

Welcome to Zoe Taylor Media Productions (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website or booking our videography/photography services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Wedding videography and photography

  • Event videography and photography

  • Commercial/business media production

  • Family sessions and lifestyle photography

  • Editing, post-production, and related media services

Project details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual proposals or contracts.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A signed contract and retainer fee are required to secure a date.

  • Remaining balances are due as specified in your contract, typically before delivery of final media.

  • Retainers are generally non-refundable, except as stated in your project contract.

  • Prices are subject to change but will not affect confirmed contracts.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations may result in forfeiture of the retainer.

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on availability; additional fees may apply.

  • In the rare event we must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of fees paid or secure a qualified replacement professional.

5. Creative Rights

  • We maintain full creative control over the style, editing, and artistic approach.

  • Minor variations in color grading, lighting, or composition are normal and not grounds for dispute.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • Zoe Taylor Media Productions retains full copyright to all photos and videos unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Clients receive a personal-use or business-use license depending on their contract.

  • Media may not be edited, altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

  • We may use images and video for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the client opts out in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary access for the shoot.

  • Obtain permission for locations, venues, or participants when needed.

  • Ensure that all individuals being photographed or filmed are aware and consenting.

8. Delivery of Media

  • Delivery timelines vary by project type.

  • Final media is delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.

  • We are not responsible for long-term storage of delivered files.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, delays, or failure to deliver due to events outside our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, force majeure).

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

10. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to access secure areas of the website.

  • All text, images, and materials on the site are protected under copyright law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, United States
